Special Traffic Management Programs (STMPs) are implemented for special events that attract thousands of people and aircraft to participating airports. To properly manage the flow of arrivals and departures for these events, the FAA requires users to make arrival and departure reservations to and from these airports. This Web interface has been developed to simplify the reservation process and allow for more reservation flexibility.
In order to use e-STMP, users are first required to register, at which time they provide a user name, email address and password. The email address and password are used to access the site on subsequent visits, when they log in to the site.

The 2026 Formula One (F1) Event in Austin, Texas - This STMP will only include non-scheduled IFR/VFR departures from the following airport: DEPARTURE RESERVATIONS This STMP will only include non-scheduled IFR/VFR departures from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Traditional Traffic Management Initiatives (TMIs) will be used for other aspects of this event, but a STMP is essential to manage surface congestion and departure delays in the wake of Sunday's Grand Prix. At this phase of the event, there will be high arrival and departure demand. Departure reservations will be required for all non-scheduled IFR/VFR departures during the following date and times and will not be assigned more than 72 hours in advance.
