Course Description


The Central Altitude Reservation Function (CARF) Indoctrination Course is designed to familiarize military unit project officers and FAA personnel with the policies, procedures, and responsibilities applicable to the planning, coordination, and approval of Altitude Reservation (ALTRV) requests. The course concentrates on ALTRV procedures, mission-planning considerations, and preparation of the various messages used in the ALTRV process.

The CARF course is a Computer Based Instruction (CBI) course.
