OPF lands and departs RWYs 12/30 and 9L/27R, however, single RWY rates due to converging/crossing RWY configuration. RWY 9R/27L not used due to limited aircraft operational requirements. Most OPF Arrival TMIs are initiated not due to airport capacity but due to airspace congestion associated with simultaneous ATA feeds and sector saturation. Depending on which ATAs are being used this number could fluxuate higher or lower due to complexity. |
