
The Computerized Voice Reservation System (e-CVRS) is a web based application that allocates and manages slots at designated airports. To properly manage the flow of traffic at these airports, the FAA requires that unscheduled operations have a reservation. This Web interface has been developed to simplify the reservation process and allow for more reservation flexibility.
In order to use e-CVRS, users are first required to register, at which time they provide a User Name, e-mail address and password. The email address and password are used to access the site on subsequent visits, when they log in to the site.

Airports: 1. DCA - Ronald Reagan National Airport - Slot reservations are required for all non-scheduled IFR arrivals and departures. Slots are valid from :00-:59 past the hour in which it was requested, (i.e. 1345Z request is valid from 1300-1359Z) Note: Obtaining a reservation slot through e-CVRS does not constitute final approval to operate at DCA. In addition to complying with all other applicable regulations and Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs), unscheduled operators must obtain approval from TSA in accordance with the DCA Access Standard Security Program (DASSP). Supplementary information on DASSP is available on the internet at www.tsa.gov. Any questions on DASSP should be directed to TSA.
